Thankfully, many people are expected to attend the event. To ensure a safe and smooth reception process, here is an overview of the reception process on the day of the event.

How to display your connpass ticket

A Connpass ticket is used for registration. It can be found on the Connpass event page, where you will find a View your ticket link.

You can access the ticket by clicking on this link. You can print the ticket as a screen screenshot or on paper.

How to entry

1. Come the LY Corporation reception on the 2nd floor of the Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho.
2. Line up at the reception desk with your Connpass ticket open.
3. Staff will check your Connpass ticket and then give you a building visitor pass.
4. Use the visitor pass to go through the gate next to the reception desk. After that, follow the instructions of the staff to the seminar room.
